So healthy even for something already healthy—enough for negative comments instead of positive if someone is silly and catty! Don’t listen to those comments; a negative comment, is better than a positive, if it is about healthy living, and if that person is catty and jealous! lol! I only get positive ones…working on working my way up to negative comments…getting there!!! (Half-joking except it’s actually true sometimes if you live in the USA or any other country where people struggle…)

tjvoigts, that is baked sweet potato, vinaigrette coleslaw, baked chicken and steamed broccoli!🤗

Oh! And sauteed mushrooms and onion... no fat was added to the sweet potato or broccoli. Olive oil was used in the coleslaw and mushroom sauté
