Diario de wintersmith, 13 oct. 09

My apologies for the lack of journal entries the last few days. I've allowed myself to get overwhelmed. My wife had her wisdom teeth removed and I've been playing nursemaid and helpmate to the best of my ability.

This has meant eating just liquid foods (since she can't eat solids quite yet) with her and curtailing a lot of my exercise so that I'm home. That said, she's feeling well enough now that I can get back to doing things for herself.

We're heading to Hawaii in a few days, so it looks like I won't have long to get back to my diet before I break it again. Perhaps this will help break the plateau I'm currently on. Wish me luck (Oh, and I'll take plenty of pictures)!
