Went from 216 this week and now I am down to 212.3 this morning!!! Great week!!! Now I just have to stay way for the beer this weekend and I will be great! I quickly found out my few drinks on the weekend made me gain a few lbs and then take 4 or 5 days to lose again, so I need to not do that!

Have strength it is so worth it......you have done well, I know I like a drink as well, have hardly had any since Feb annoys me sometimes, but when I weigh so glad I didn't.
