had a beautiful time in SF went on great FREE walking tours of private gardens, Nob hill, Haight thanks to cityguide tours. The food was fab, Brenda's French Soul food , Ty's sandwich shop yum. I didn't eat everything I wanted but I didn't. dread being on vaccay cause I couldn't eat and that felt good. I've learned some good habits. ..woke up hungry (aka wanting to snack and decided to ck you guys out instead) it helped gonna catch a few more zzzzzz's have a great food day everyone
