Finding it quite hard ... Seem to be able to stick around the 1700 Kcals a day but I eat a lot of junkie Kcals ... I sometimes think I need the sugar to keep me going! But it does not make me feel good ... I feel more frumpy then when I started diet almost a week ago ... I hope I have lost weight!
To throw a spanner in the works I also had a slip in the bathroom yesterday and can hardly walk so not sure how the workouts are going to go!
Need to keep my goal in mind! But i find it soooo hard to think I could ever be slim!
