So while I still search high and low for my proper workout gear, which I swear I had when I planned to start this workout hybrid, I have to say I have really missed doing Insanity, it was my all time favorite workout and when I first completed Insanity, I hadn't lost much weight but I lost some great inches. Worst comes to worst I will have to buy a new sports bra and just suck up that cost to my good health. Honestly, as much as I miss the physically demanding workouts Insanity offers, I've really just been enjoying going outside more and making time for me and spending time with my mom and the pups she walks for work.

On the plus side, my mom and I have both committed to each other as diet buddies and "accountabilibuddies" with her first goal being to weigh and measure more, even when she doesn't have much time, and to make better coffee choices. My starting goals are also to weigh and measure, record my food, and also make better coffee choices. To be honest we've never been the calorie packed coffee types but we have really been digging all of the holiday drinks this year.

Mom is committing to weight watchers as a tracking and diet tool, where I am going to be logging on Fatsecret as I can't afford WW. However, we both will be aiming for low carbs and less convenient foods. This few months we have really gotten off track, but together we can conquer the world. :)

P.s. Breakfast anyone?
