I really see now that sticking to my diet and avoiding the things really fattening pays off! I don't feel deprived in any way. Since I am seeing the pounds come off, it definitely makes it worth it and makes me want to work harder at it! It helps using this site and the My Diet app to be knowledgeable as to just how fattening what I usually eat is and find a healthy substitute. My sweets craving is still bothering me though. I bought strawberries and apples yesterday, but Zach and Chris ate all the strawberries! Hey, at least they are snacking healthy right! Thanks to all my friends and family for your support.
