So today I started the 9th Law Diet, which after reading the materials I think I can do quite well at. Basically, for the first 9 days I cannot eat any bread, rice, potatoes or items from that catagory, but I can eat meat, veg and cheese. Of course I started the day grand but as soon as I got to work my cravings over took me and I ate a doughnut (my greatest foe). So, I went back to the drawing board read all the materials again and started refresh at 9:30 :) I really hope I can stick to this diet, because from what I've read it really works and I desperately need something that really works without starving me. Till tomorrow
