this is so difficult trying to manage my arthritis and exercise is the worst my knees hurt so bad I don't want to move and then I want to eat more because it all seems so uphill in other words its taken me one week to gain what it took me 2 months to lose..
.don't give up. .eat small for thanksgiving and get it going again

The best treatment for arthritis is moving. Just take it slow and steady, no high impact. Happy Thanks Giving.

I hear you. when I started this journey at 191 lbs, I could barely walk more than a couple of houses down the street and back. As I kept to it, and started losing weight, I could walk further every time, until I managed to do 4 block laps. Hang in there, you can do it!

Thanks all for the support I know I can't quit last nite was a sad and hopeless place but today I feel a change is coming Dr King didn't quit and I to have a dream....that I won't eat myself into oblivion today!!!! Happy Thanksgiving let's all be winners today. Im going to the gym this morning anybody go to LVAC NORTH?

Any place you can swim? It's much easier on the joints. You might also look for workout videos that focus on upper body, maybe yoga for stretching. There might also be workout videos for people with arthritis. Don't quit~
