Diario de Adpully, 07 mar. 24

This years post winter diet which I tend to start in Feb (mostly to ensure Christmas beer and food is gone) is proving the easiest ever - Hardly any hunger pangs. I have just started exercising by walking 10000 steps or more each day and planning to slowly build up to jogging when I'm closer to my target weight

My BMI is now 25.4 it was 27.5 end of Jan.
78,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 26,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 8,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: 100%.

I have a plate similar to that but with food group portions on it . I find it very useful. well done on your progress

Hello Adpully, how are you? Good to see you back. Sorry, it's for the weight loss again. But we are all here to help each other. I have taken it since 2018 to get my weight off, and I am still trying!!!. Good luck. Merry Mel 😍
