I was right on the money yesterday with my caolrie intake. I couldn't be happier with myself. I am doing really good so far. I have not really been exercising that much other than my house hold cleaning. I plan to start this weekend so I have time to get adjusted. I seem to be losing a little at a time but that means I will be able to keep it off longer. I only have 6 more pounds to lose to reach my first goal and then we will go from there.
