So, tonight my workout didn't happen, honestly after the day I had at work I'm not heartbroken about it, but have told myself tomorrow will be the day since I get off work earlier and since I'm not actively the person in charge, it will be a better day. honestly though I did get quite a good workout while at work, walked several miles, quite a few hills, and really only had time to sit down for about 30 minutes out of my whole day at work. Long stressful days are made even longer and more stressful when you're the only one on active duty while being just under ranked enough for it to make it even worse.
