I’ve been slowly and steadily losing weight and Im super proud of how Ive been doing the last month and a half. The real test is coming up. I’ll be going away for a week to Punta Cana. All inclusive resort= unlimited food and drink. I don’t drink alcohol so thats not a fear, but the food I think is going to be a huge challenge for me. I want to try and find a balance between enjoying myself and not over indulging. Im usually pretty active during vacations and am not one to lay about for hours (not my thing). I love open water swimming and walking and I will defo make use of the fitness facilities. Let’s see what the scale says when I get back. 😂😂😂
