You're right on all counts. I enjoy a 5 ingredient soup that is so easy to make.
1 lb cooked, crumbled breakfast sausage.
1 qt chicken stock.
1 can drained green beans.
1 can diced tomatoes.
1 can drained corn.
I like to add 1-2 tbs of taco seasoning to it. Bring to a boil, and turn down to low. Let it simmer for 20 minutes. Serve.
I cook it in an electric pressure cooker. Set it for 3-5 minutes at high pressure. Natural or quick pressure release, your choice. Salt and pepper to taste.
