Today's workout the challenge YIKES, choose a number push-up's and pull-up's different variety of course that is the spice of life right? Stick to your numbers.

Wide arm pull ups 12
Regular push ups 25
Repeat then 30 second break

Chips ups 12
Military push ups 25
repeat then 30 second break

Close grip pull ups 12
Wide arm push ups 25
again repeat then 30 second break

Vaulter pull ups 12 right hand facing front left palm facing in then flip for second set
Staggered push ups 25 right arm like military push up left arm like regular push up switch on the second set

3 minutes of 1 pull up your choice and 3 push ups again your choice I managed 30 military push ups and 10 close grip pull ups

In all 230 push ups this morning and 106 pull ups, not bad that is why you have to choose the right numbers :)

WOW - cool for you! We did tricep pushups today - palms facing in - on a medicine ball...it was horrible...and good.

HCB those are tough. I normally use push up stands

SOOO i want to add in push ups bc Im horrible at them and I refused to be conquered!! .. any advice/tips ?? I can do 10 solid pull ups. 20 more with assistance and kick ass at dips but cant push up to save my life.. hahahhahaahhah

Red Girl, instead of lying down to do any kind of pushup lean against a wall to start out with. They aren't as hard but will help prepare your muscles for the real thing!

Red, Just keep at it like spirit said, get in a good push up position head to toe body rigid drop to your knee and start doing them, or just try till you can do one. You can do them on a wall while standing gradually making them more difficult by your distance. It just takes time I can probably knock out about 60-65 without stopping but for this workout I would have had noodle to no arms left after the thrird set
