Diario de cindylynnwho, 26 feb. 24

My garmin forerunner broke and I can’t fix it. So I’ve been wearing my old amazfit sport watch but it’s malfunctioning which is why I bought the garmin. So I ordered a garmin instinct, the other model I was considering buying when I chose the forerunner. I’m excited to try it and also it’s a nice blue color.

I made some delicious oatmeal chocolate chip bars with many healthy ingredients. Also I made healthy bread but couldn’t get it to rise. I do not have good luck with bread yeast. Tasty anyway though. Brown rice and veggies for dinner tonight.

The Moosewood Cookbook used to have a chapter about making bread which explained the reasons for certain steps. See if you can get ahold of an old copy, and it might help (if you have a mechanistic mind).

Thanks Jessie! I will look for that. I just let my bread machine do the work so far but it’s often unsuccessful.
