Diet starts tommorow ............ it's been almost 6 months since I had my baby so it's time to get rid of the baby weight ... before we move on to baby number 2!!!
I want to follow a calorie controlled diet ... I will also be walking (ALOT) and occasionally going the gym and using the wii (fit).
I want to lose 56lbs in total ... but a stone by christmas would be good?!?!?!
I need all the encoragement I can get!
