Well, my sons birthday dinner last night was great, didn't do as good as I wanted, but I sure didn't do as bad as I thought I did. Got up today and headed up to the walking trail, and did 10 miles, not to bad. I sure felt the last 2 miles of that walk. So back on to the diet and workouts.
