Diario de bluezoey, 03 oct. 09

Ok.. I splurged tonight. It is hard to work overnight - the first one of the week is killer and I eat more to keep awake. Also there are a lot of tempting foods here. Tonight there were chocolates AND spinach dip and bread. Ummm. I only ate one chocolate but ate the rest of the bread. To top it off I packed a higher calorie lunch since I knew I was going to be hungry. I am going to try to not eat my whole lunch tonight (if that is possible) and get in more exercise tomorrow. Rollerblading with Bryan! YAY. Tomorrow is the start of a brand new day and a brand new me.
