now that i have my scale I'm playing mental games with myself .... I know they say it's not the weight it's not the number but you know what its good motivation when you wear scrubs and all you have to do is pull a string to make it fit the right way .... so what i did was put my scale at the entrance to the kitchen .... kinda like a weight reminder .... so now i stop myself when going into the kitchen for a snack .... cuz i have to met my new maker
