I'm still recovering from surgery. Interestingly keeping with my usual diet plan, in the same time frame with diet and exercise (the latter I sill haven't been cleared for), I was at about the same weight this time last year (I just felt 'better'/healthy). That is the main difference. Frankly, I'd prefer that!
It was finally sunny in New Englad yesterday. I took a break at lunch, exposed some skin, and got some brilliant vitamin D from the Sun goddess. If it's as nice today, going to the same. Good for the soul!
