Diario de foodfight-nomore, 29 oct. 15

Feeling tired today...only got back from London around midnight....then thought it was a smart idea to watch the Apprentice (fell asleep five minutes before the end....so don't know who got the boot...will need to watch on catchup).

Dinner was lovely - a posh restaurant which my son wanted to go to...but his friends are quite alternative and we may have stood out a bit lol. What is a world with no colour I say?

I did my walking again this morning and think that I can actually fit this into my life with very little pain - sacrifice an extra ten minutes sleep in the morning...15 minutes candy crush playing time and sitting on my bum watching rubbish tv for half an hour....it's doable.

Hey Tracy, Lol at candy crush. Ah how lovely, bet it was really lovely catching up with Byron. It's fatal if I lay down on settee and watch anything, I dall asleep straught away. Good job on the walking, keep up the good work, soon be sparkle time :-)
