Thinly slice 2 onions and 250 grams of chestnut mushrooms, fry off in 1/2 teaspoon pf oil, after a few minutes add 1 teaspoon of paprika (not smoked paprika) and 300 millilitres beef stock, simmer for 5 minutes, add the strip of beef and 3 tablespoons of 1/2 fat crème fraiche. Put on tagaitelli, pasta or mashed potatoes. Enjoy. 220 calories plus the calories of pasta or potatoes
