This is not real weight loss - just starting back again - I have had success doing low carbs (atkins) - I crave a steak (meat) over cake - I will be eating tuna fish, whip cream, eggs ( are great ) use the non yolks if necessary , not a big real cheese fan because it makes me feel full - I eat chicken , whipped cream, cream cheese ( use it like real cheese) comes flavored or use food flavoring - Love to eat soups because food delivered in water and fills you up - Drink lots of water and I eat those summertime frozen pop things to fill me up - mix up the way you do food etc - chicken (barbeque, bake, tacos, salad, chinese )
My goal for this week is 2 - 5 since starting but could be more - Have a recumbent bike which is excellent because I have a bad knee - Stretching is a great weight loss thing for me - feel the burn -
I want 185 and I will get there - I eat late at night, stress,etc so have to relax and cut that out - This is a great site because of the support -
Don't beat yourself up -
Look for anything positive, get in those jeans, feeling better, a compliment from someone else, not breathing hard when you had been -
Now to eat some crow and follow my own recommendations -
