I am so upset with myself by allowing these 6 lbs to reappear on my body! I am out of control with sugar...I crave sugar and apparently have no will power to say NO! Help!!!!!!! I am now caregiver for a friend and my routine of walking has been disrupted, but not being able to exercise is just 1 small part...I am out of Control. Today is a new day and I will do better...believe.
