I obviously gained a little weight on my up-feed day its guaranteed to happen after a 5000kcal day so i admit it was a little excessive ill shoot for 3000 - 4000 this week . As long as the rest of my week is spot on im pretty happy . i was back down to 11st 6 today i was 11'5 pre up-feed. so by tuesday my weight will be below 11st 5 . the same as most people im still taking off the christmas / new year lb's which left me 15lbs heavier than pre christmas - its a once a year thing - do it and move on :) .
