Diario de kay2906, 14 oct. 15

The middle of the week already- I'm starting days off ok and then something happens during the day and i don't get time to fill in the food diary. Yesterday it was seeing my grandpeople and going to McDonalds, a last minute thing. Well today is another day and I'm definitely going to my allotment today- more exercise for me!

Hello Merry Mel, thank you for your message. My downfall is moving house to somewhere very flat and ever since I moved here i have something medical happen to me every year. This year it's arthritis in my right knee plus losing cartiledge behind it, gives me annoying pain when I go downstairs and do lots of walking, the joys of getting older... Have a good day.
