More binge eating loads of biscuits 🤦♀️🤢 does anyone have advice or tips on how to cut that out?
I suppose ‘don’t buy them’ comes to mind as an obvious solution but it’s hard when family members buy them and don’t eat them so they’re just laying around in the cupboards…

When you feel it approaching eat a fruit first. At least that’s what Im doing because I struggle with the same thing

Put them out of sight somewhere or have a lockable box for the treats.

Make them difficult to get at. Put in a biscuit tin at the back of the highest cupboard so that you would have to make an effort to get them. And if you do get to them, don't take an even number eg 2, 4 take an odd number eg 1, 3.

Thank you all useful tips 🙏 I still feel nauseous! That should put me off but instead I want more for comfort🙄
