Getting my spinal fusion next month, so I'm trying to really crack down on my weight. I know the more fat you have, the higher risk any surgery is. Plus I'll have to move all that bulk while my back is useless for a month lol. It's hard around the holiday season, but I'm trying my best in the hopes that I'll be able to walk without a mobility aid and go back to work. 🤞
