Well I officially knocked off the last of my 2023 goals by finally putting up 2 plates on bench. Must have been the french toast power stack layered with blueberries and greek yogurt and the sour bucks pre workout.

Awesome man! I love the Sour Buck pre-workout and also Bucked Up energy drinks for those long days when Coffee is just not enough. LOL. Keep it up and keep inspiring.

Thank you everyone for your support and encouragement! This one took me longer than I would have liked to complete but as most of you know the true passion I've found has been in training for and racing Spartans. All that endurance training halted/ set me back on my weight lifting goals but It's what I love to do and keeps me going to never go back to the way I was living 2 years ago. I really hope to not lose so much progress in the gym during race season next year. I have some ideas on what I will do differently but It's inevitable that I will lose some progress just hope its not as much as this year was.

Sour bucks is just the flavor of pre workout and pre workout is mostly just like an powdered energy drink you mix up. There's a few other supplements in there too but really the caffeine is what gives you. Alittle boost I never really used them in the past and would just make my own with coffee, beta alanine and creatine but this tastes pretty good and they had a 50 precent off sale for black Friday. It's way too much caffeine for me to take after work though so I only use it on my days off before I lift.

scsherman777 yeah us blue collar guys know our way around the energy drink isle 🤣🤣 I do mostly coffee since either can stop at a few different satellite offices in my work area and grab some for free through out the day if needed. Reign are definitely my favorite though and they are one of the spartan and tough mudder sponsors so every time I do a race I fill my backpack with like 8 cans and then I never have to buy any 🤣🤣

Daddy Manatee I think your probably selling yourself a bit short there my friend but we all start somewhere I never touched a barbell in my life until end of February 2022 and was only using the bar back then.
