Doing good today. Got some much needed sleep, But didn't want to wake up this morning. Been doing a HFLC diet, for the most part. I don't count fruit and vegies in the diet at all. The fiber in them tends to cancel them out in my mind. It seems to be working anyway. Feels like I am always on the move any more. Thankfully this diet seems to keep me full and with energy for my day. I need to change when I get up though so I can exercise.
