Diario de abypfcs, 05 oct. 15

The evening meal has been the most difficult. But today, after seeing the Atkins Diet frozen meals, purchased about 6 different meals.

Looking forward to my evening meal. If it tastes half as good as the pictures, I will be surprised.

Ironically, the Beef Merlot was my selection for tonight.

I've used the Atkins snack/meal bars. The cranberry/almond is delicious, as is the chocolate. All are around 140-160 calories, and high protein. So many other bars of this type are 200+ calories (except for the special K ones, and they're higher in sugar & salt).

I love the pizza. great for a weekend movie night.. And the breakfast bowls are wonderful ... mmmmm
