I appreciate you and such warm hearted sincere support, Unity. A rare thing in this day it seems. I agree on all counts and sensitive people feel loss of every kind on such a deep level. I've had my share too. It's been 5 years this past September since Mark passed, and I've come to a good place where I am comfortable being alone and the future doesnt seem scary anymore. As you know grief is a lifelong process, but we learn to go on to find peace and happiness again. I'm so glad to have found this group of fine folks and lovely souls like yourself! Ha! Thank you. We had our first snowstorm where I live in Canada. Over 25cm. We are still buried til Monday when it’ll be 11C and I expect A LOT of flash flooding!!!

WindyD, your compliment means a lot to me because for most of my life I found it challenging to be myself around others. I was afraid of not being liked. Eventually, I realized that not everyone can be expected to jibe with everyone else. It is normal. And if I am comfortable being my genuine self, I'll connect with others with whom I can share from my heart instead of trying to be accepted by everyone and never knowing the real me. Thank you!
