My weight is what it is.....

I had my op last week, so am going to give myself two weeks recovery and hoping my iron levels are up more to give me some much needed energy to get off my bum and get exercising again.

To stop the spiralling weight gain I have started recording and restricting calories again. This is the only process that works for me - unfortunately I possibly won't lose weight as I normally have to exercise too....but at least this way I shouldn't gain any more.

Time to get a grip....

Hey Tracy, so glad they operated fir you, yes now is not the time to be worrying about your weight, rest, revovery are very important, you can address the weight once again when you are fighting fit again. Hope yoyr not in too much pain now, take care of yourself and when your ready, operation sparkle will commence for you xxxx
