On March 18, 2011 i decided it was time to seriously battle the extra pounds. I reduce my calorie drink intake of more than 32 oz per day down to 9 oz of Orange juice or apple juice per day. I started drinking 1 bottle of dasani water at 591 ml per day and increase that up to 4 bottles per day. I join Goodlife fitness the ending of May and in July i got a personal trainer. When i started with the trainer i was 279 lbs and my bodyfat was 55.5% I set a goal for October 26 of this year to be 250 lbs well today i am 259 lbs and 51% body fat. Since October is still months away i will have to reset the goal of 250 lbs by October 26 to something lower.
At the moment i don't even notice that i only drink water with my meals or milk. I have a fix breakfast of yogurt and fruit and as my trainer tells me eat according to my lifestyle. Well i am a McDonald's manager so i learn to eat salads without dressing and sometimes salads with no cheese i learn to eat snack wraps with no sauce and it has paid off for me.
A few weeks ago my sister suggested a meal replacement for late nights as i work shifts and sometimes it gets so busy i don't get to eat. I was averaging a 2 lbs weight loss on the scale weekly. Since i started with the Herbalife meal replacement once a day instead of twice a day as its suggested i have average a 2.5 - 3 lbs loss weekly. Every little helps i believe and if its done gradually you can do it.
