maintained this weight for 3 day, been doing yoga and stretching with both the Daily Yoga app and FitOn app. Returned to weightlifting, and that has been going well; i finally got a pair of 10lb dumbbells. The 2 month break from exercise proved fruitful, some things i feel like im slacking on but other exercises i have been able to do more reps. Im hoping with going back to tracking and planning food, and exercise, i will lose the 15 lbs i (re)gained and find some strength to keep going. Im aware my struggle to keep the weight off is related to trauma and fear of looking attractive and attracting attention that leaves me uncomfortable... even from my partner.
i know i came here as a sounding board for struggles we were having. He been committed to changing, therapy, and putting forth the effort i begged for years, so as of right now, everything is improving slowly, and im quicker to vocalize when things arent quite right, ond communication has improved on both our ends quite a bit.
