Saturday was tough. I got some good cycling in, but the burrito at lunch Saturday cost me...although it was with grill shrimp. We ate out Saturday night. I was able to only eat half and save the other for lunch the next day, but the restaurant had no nutrional info. so I had to build a spreadsheet and try to fiure out the numbers on my own.
