nothing fancy, just 4 miles normal interval training (that's the way I normally train these days) only difference is that the pace was a little faster 12.3 kph instead of 12. Didn't have lunch, I was a bit busy, I know I should have had and I stand chastised. Lunch was a mixture of chicken, brown rice, chilli, green beans and chorizo, spicy and tasty havnt a clue how many calories, to be honest I didn't want to weigh everything and divide it by 6 (meals for the freezer). Meals over the last 2/3 days have been all over the place, I thonk it might be due to going on holiday next Friday, in case your are wondering where - MEXICO (that's for your benefit jo)so I will et the last few days training in as I am off work from Monday.
