Don't understand why I've gained ! When I nervous eat, sometimes evenings, I eat cheese & crackers. I don't eat sweets, cookies or stuff that has lots of sugar...

Very, very depressed & frustrated today !
83,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 4,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

A couple of suggestions for you. Crackers are not allowed in the first 2 phases of induction (neither in Induction and not in OWL). Secondly, it seems you are not getting in enough caleries nor foundation vegetables. Go to atkins.com and read the learn Atkins exercises. You will find that you need to have 12 to 15 net carbs of the acceptable vegetables. The suggested calorie intake for a female it around 1500 a day. It seems that from your food calendar today that you will be at around 1000 calories for the day. If your calorie intake is too low, your body will go into starvation mode and hold onto your body weight.
