Went to Texas Road House tonight for my birthday dinner. Had a 28oz bone in Ribeye Steak smothered in peppers and onions, a ceaser salad, and a sweet potato. Plenty of leftovers to enjoy tomorrow. Was proud of myself for enjoying, but not overindulging.

That's a grand meal, nutrition and balance wise, but the portions are enormous!! I mean, your supposed to be eating a plate of food about the size of your fist, this is waaaayyyy too much.
