I will take it. I was concerned about this weigh-in because of my caloric intake last night. Took my weld team out to a microbrewery/pizza place last night for some team "building/bonding." I didn't drink even there were some delicious sounding beers to try., I am not a drinker by choice, however, I indulged in way too much Za. I am a pizza fanatic, my true food weakness of which is hard for me to have self-control. I love the fact that today I have a food hangover as a reminder of how toxic that food option is for me. Fasting today to help remove the toxins faster.

I used to eat really clean ( now Id say I'm 70 %) and if I had a treat meal I would feel awful next day...Im sure you'll feel better after fasting 👍

I eat pizza once in a while. My weakness as well. Two pieces no matter what kind it is and that is it. My favorite pizza place has 5 slices in a small, 3 for the BF and two for me. Gone, no leftvers

mmmmmm large amounts of za I rarely eat it any more but after my last spartan race I at 7 slices of a buffalo chicken pie my wife snagged the last slice other wise I would have eaten the whole thing
