I am disappointed with myself for gaining back 13 pounds after losing over 100 pounds. I don't want to keep gaining. I want to lose. I keep saying to myself that I'll start tomorrow, but tomorrow hasn't come yet. So, on Thursday September 17, 2015 I will start my healthy eating plan and my healthy walking plan. I will eat a low carb diet because of my Type 2 diabetes. I will start out walking for 20 min per day for several days. Good luck to me

Deb, you should congratulate yourself that you are back on it after gaining just 13lb, not the whole hundred plus more, which is very often the case with us. Well done for applying the brakes nice and early while it's still manageable, and good luck with your renewed fervour - keep up the good work! Fall down seven times, get up eight, as they say :-)
