Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday….
Yesterdays ride was definitely a workout…top of hill was 730 ft…I didn’t make it…but was pleased with my effort…as I was exhausted when it was time to try and throw leg over to get off….even took elevator to lunch….yes I was tired….
Today is upper body…once again…
Resetting my weight in whooo helped with the strain in whoop…which in turn helped with recovery….and since I was exhausted last night…I got my 100% in sleep….was nice for a change…but this weekend is set the clocks back to…so maybe my body is adjusting to that already…il have to remember to adjust that every 10 pounds…
Getting close to that first ☕️ time…I’m ready…lol…
The temps are creeping back up this week…in 60-70…means some days of ray time for me..darken my bike tan…that I can no longer get riding…just have to sit and enjoy…
I also want to say how grateful I am to have changed my lifestyle years ago…and how grateful I am to have so many supports along the way….thank you…thank you…thank you….
