ugh. well, i lost 5 lbs. but i could feel i do not have the positive attitude that i need to succeed in this. i am trying, really, but when i feel down about the whole weight gain as i do now, i just feel like giving up.
73,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 8,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Rollercoaster rides are only fun at the fair, aren't they? They're horrible for emotional well-being. I'm the world's worst cheer-leader, but offering you some support anyway :)

You're not alone at all. I'm surprised at how many people IRL have never attempted a major, totally committed diet. We get it. I was very frustrated this morning, but someone encouraged me, so here I am encouraging you. YOU CAN DO IT!

I think we all feel like that sometimes. But eating healthy and exercise makes me feel good. As you develop habits, you miss them when you stop. So fake it till you make it. Keep going. Find a way to get some activity in 3 or 4x a week. Slap on pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. Find ways to motivate yourself. Get a new workout outfit. Take an exercise class.
