Good morning,
It's a new day, new week, and it am already tired. I deal with Diabetes, and although I usually do okay, this weekend was not one of my best. In addition, I think I am in the beginning stages of menopause. (Yippee). I'm not sure why I am writing all of this....perhaps it's with the hope of one day looking back and seeing what I've overcome. It's a new day, a new week, time to make healthy choices, even when it's hard.
