I am on the right track for my lifestyle change! I feel better now that I am eating healthier and as a bonus I'm losing the weight too. I know I can stay on track, because I had a Java Chip Frappuccio and a Reduced Fat Banana chocolate chip coffee cake. 2 hours later I was dry heaving in my backyard and had to lay down for an hour. I could not move I felt so awful. So now I know I can do this and more than happy to do it :D
