Guys. I’ve had the worst craving for a big, diner sized French toast breakfast. I finally decided I’d make it happen. I’m going to put the ingredient breakdown in the comments, not enough room here, but it’s got 46.68g protein, 44.2 g fiber, & 504 kcals!

French toast-
4 slices l’oven fresh keto bread (from Aldi)
80g egg whites and 15ml fairlife 2% milk mixed with Vietnamese cinnamon, freshly grated nutmeg and star anise, clove, allspice, and a pinch of salt.
Cooked on cast iron griddle in 16g country crock light butter
Toppings-
68g banana
22g blueberries
15g strawberry(I only had one left in the fridge or I might’ve done a bit more)
60ml mrs butterworth sugar free syrup mixed with a tiny dash each of simply syrup sugarfree vanilla crème and cinnamon dolce syrups
1 light+fit strawberry Greek yogurt mixed with 6g pb2 and 3g simply delish sugar free butterscotch pudding mix, whipped till thick and fluffy
6g crushed honey roasted peanuts
Extra cinnamon and .1 g of pb2 to make it look nice
Had with a coffee with 41ml of caramel premier protein and simply syrups sugar free pumpkin caramel and a cup of earl grey with 10ml fat free half&half. It was so good, more work than I’d typically go to for a breakfast but great as a treat! Possibly my Mona Lisa of macro friendly cooking. Shows that you don’t have to deprive yourself of everything to meet goals, some simple ingredient swaps and careful tracking can let you have a fabulous meal and fulfill your cravings while still staying on track!

Don’t forget portion control. Mastering that will allow you to still eat the things you like just a bit less
