23/1. Fast 23 hours and eat a calorie rich meal. Usually around 1200 calories plus 350 calories for coffee. Puts me about 350 calories short of my daily target. Dropping 2 to 3 pounds a week with minimal exercise. I work 60 hours a week at a desk job. Been working for me and I’m only 11 pounds from my goal.
