Hey I read your other post and I want to tell you that weight loss is very slow. Sometimes you just stay on the same weight for ages and you think you’re doing everything right! Cutting calories, exercising etc. It’s slow, don’t get disheartened 💗 Something that really works is combining intermittent fasting (look it up on you tube) to your routine. This seems to help get your body into fat burning state. Most people do this by skipping breakfast - so stop eating at say 8pm, then do not eat any calories at all until 12noon the next day. If you drink coffee don’t add milk or sugar in mornings. No calories at all! This naturally puts your body into fat burning mode and if you do your morning walk whilst fasted you will speed up the weight loss. Green tea and black cofee in the morning really helps too with fat loss in the fasted state. You can still eat all your normal calories at lunch and dinner. Many of us found intermittent fasting to be the thing that works when you’ve already dropped calories and you’re doing everything right, bjt the scales won’t budge. hope this helps 💗
