only day 2, been eating really healthy but not feeling like im missing out. having a little no sugar headache. Had a unicorn water this afternoon for a little flavour, it was peach iced tea. About to do a kettlebell workout, as i walk like 8-10km in my job so im not doing any extra steps today. hope everyone is coping okay! we have got this!
